Program Overview
CCEOC recognizes the importance of partnerships with all stakeholders in a child’s life to nurture educational excellence and empower parents. Our family engagement outreach efforts invite parents and families to activities and workshops that are relevant, relatable and strengthen the role of children and families within the Central City community.Family Leadership empowerment focus is threefold:
- Acknowledge the challenge of striving parents in educating children in low-income communities.
- Create welcoming environment and activities for families to connect and unite.
- Provide parents and guardians with tools to enhance the education of their children and themselves.
